FAQ

MOQ is 1,000 pcs per SKU, and 1,000 pcs per custom Pantone color. This applies across vacuum bottles, tumblers, and kids' bottles. For trial orders we can consolidate multiple SKUs in a single shipment, but each SKU still needs to hit the 1,000-piece floor. Stock samples have no MOQ and ship from existing inventory.

Samples ship in 5-7 working days via DHL or FedEx. Bulk production runs 30-35 days after deposit confirmation and drawing approval. Repeat orders with existing tooling and confirmed artwork can compress to 25-28 working days. Custom Pantone color matching or new laser engraving setups may add 2-3 working days to the sample phase.

30% T/T deposit with the order, balance against the B/L copy. We accept L/C at sight for orders above USD 30,000. Sample charges can be paid by card or PayPal. All pricing is quoted in USD; we can offer EXW Ningbo, FOB Ningbo, or CIF destination port depending on your freight forwarder preference.

Full OEM/ODM. Your logo on every bottle. We handle screen printing, laser engraving, and heat-transfer decoration in-house. Custom packaging, inserts, and FBA-ready cartons are available. ODM projects start from a concept sketch or 3D file; we provide drawings for approval within 3-5 working days and tooling in 20-25 working days.

Custom Pantone color matching at 1,000-piece MOQ per color. Powder coat finish for grip and durability on tumblers and select bottles. Lid styles including straw lids, flip-tops, and leak-proof screw caps. Packaging options include retail boxes, master cartons, and FBA-ready labeling. Logo placement and decoration method are confirmed with a pre-production sample.

Every unit undergoes 100% vacuum leak testing via pressurized water submersion, plus lid fit and seal check, and visual surface inspection. AQL 2.5 sampling confirms insulation performance at 6h and coating adhesion via cross-hatch test. Per-batch failure rates are tracked; current vacuum failure rate is under 0.2% based on the last 12 months of shipment data.

12 months from shipment date, covering manufacturing defects: vacuum failure, lid seal breakage, and coating peeling. Excludes misuse, drops, and normal wear. Field failure rate runs under 0.3% across all SKUs. For defective units, we issue credit or replacements on the next order against photo evidence, no need to ship product back.

EXW Ningbo, FOB Ningbo, or CIF destination port. Sea freight is standard for bulk orders; door-to-door delivery via DHL or FedEx is available for samples and small air shipments. Standard export cartons use individual polybags and inner boxes. FBA-ready packaging with barcode labeling is available on request. Carton dimensions and pallet configs are provided in the spec sheet.
