Everest has manufactured 304 food-grade stainless steel insulated drinkware for Western brands since 2008. Operating from a 12,000 sqm facility in Yinzhou District, Ningbo, we run 8 production lines producing 500,000 units per month. Our buyers are sourcing engineers and product managers in North America, Europe, Australia, and Japan who need double-wall vacuum bottles, tumblers, and kids bottles built to spec with full material traceability.

All production sits under one roof: spinning, welding, vacuum sealing, powder coating, logo printing, laser engraving, and heat-transfer decoration. Every single unit undergoes 100% vacuum leak testing via pressurized water submersion, lid fit and seal check, and visual surface inspection. AQL 2.5 sampling confirms insulation performance at the 6-hour mark and coating adhesion via cross-hatch test. Aging racks hold finished stock for final audit before packing.

Samples ship in 5-7 working days via DHL or FedEx with full test data attached. Bulk orders run 30-35 working days after deposit confirmation, with 30% T/T deposit and balance against B/L copy.
